General Information
For your convenience and to avoid any confusion, we ask that you please check in at the front desk when arriving for each appointment.

Due to the advanced telecommunications available to us all we ask that you hold cell phone calls to a minimum while involved in services.  This helps the technicians perform their services in a timely fashion, and helps ensure that the services you receive are at the highest possible standards.

We appreciate a 24-hour notice of cancellation whenever possible.  We respect that emergencies do happen.  If you find yourself running a little behind schedule, please call to let us know as we will do the same for you.  Please feel free to call prior to
 your scheduled time to see if your technician/stylist is running on time!  This sometimes helps all of us!

Gift Cards
Our certificates make one of the most personal and enjoyable gifts your family or friends could receive.  We are happy to mail them for you so that they can arrive in time for that special occasions even if you can't be there yourself.  You can purchase certificates in any dollar amount you would like.

Gift Card Policies
One year expiration from date of purchase
Not redeemable for cash
Cannot be replaced or redeemed if lost or stolen
Must present gift card at time of service or an alternate form of payment will be required.
Transferable to family and friends.
Refunds given to purchaser only within 30 days of purchase.

Special Payment Policies
To help keep costs down, we ask that you use checks or cash whenever possible.

When scheduling services over $150.00 ,a credit card will be needed to hold those appointment times.  A 48 hour cancellation is required.

All services are subject to a 50% non-cancellation fee at your operator's discretion.

Children
We ask that when your small children accompany you to Total Touch, that you keep a close watch of them due to the chemical nature of many of our products, as well as the sharpness, high temperature and delicate nature of many of the tools used in our industry.  We hate to see any of your children be injured!

Sanitation
At Total Touch, client protection and safety is of utmost concern.  Therefore, we pledge to adhere to the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology requirements for sanitation; in many cases we exceed them.
